Established relationships with customers and utilize Primavera to create project schedule work breakdown structures, milestones, goals and activities. Conducted user interviews to collect data and determine whether the reports should include data, text, graphics or a combination of each.
Extracted information from various EPA databases using it to analyze and compare data so that an orderly transition to Primavera P6 can occur for EPA in responding to requests concerning hazardous waste and superfund site activities.
Analyzed hard copy documents, electronic documents, and other databases to identify data to include in the Primavera system in the most efficient manner possible. EPA will provide access to such data sources.

PCI Project Manager:
Managed the 2013 PCI GAP project to achieve CenturyLink PCI compliance for a September 2013 Audit. This was a 6.5M dollar effort broken down over 4 projects and 30+ applications and involved a 2.4 Billion dollar revenue stream for the company.
Managed the day to day effort, budget, scope using MS project, SAP, EZWARP. Held weekly team meetings, POC for contracts with 3rd party vendors (RSA/SAVVIS) CMS- SharePoint.

Managed the Infrastructure move from IBM RISC servers to HP ITANIUM Servers for the CIS PLUS system.
Built out the following environments: CISDEV, CISSYS, CISPST, CISPRD, CISREG and CIS TRN. This system comprised both Batch and Online Services. Using SOA technology migrating approximately 140 interfaces thru the Batch process and 100 interfaces thru the online process. This project consisted of COBOL, NATURAL, JAVA, MQ Series etc.

Pacific Controls Pilot: Managed the pilot project for Bank of America’s GREEN space initiative.
This project consisted of the bank’s new office complex and their Corporate Center. These buildings are located in Charlotte, N.C. The project entailed the installation of wireless devices and servers to measure carbon footprint, air quality, electrical efficiency and overall building quality. This data was recorded and mined by Pacific Controls with daily, weekly, monthly reports.
The users of the building will be able to see their contributions via digital signage devices and CISCO display phones.
Once the pilot is completed and positive results are recorded, this product will be pushed out to our 300 plus administration buildings and over 2000 retail banking centers.
HR DataMart: Managed the data migration and data center move of the Merrill Lynch ERP HR platforms to the Bank of America Data centers.
These databases included Financial, Payroll, HR, Tax, GL, Budget, Investments for the Merrill Lynch employees. Furthermore, it included the merger and data migration for all Bank of America employees from Fidelity to Hewitt HR services.
