Analyzed health data from pilot countries and created reports to present to stakeholders. Served as the primary point of contact with the pilot country responsible for gathering data that we use to populate a return-on-investment (ROI) calculator tool and assisted with data collection related to the overall project evaluation.

Collaborated with the project's CDC-based colleague to understand this ROI calculator tool, ensure that pilot countries provide the appropriate data, and input the data (as needed) to inform the ROI estimates for each country.

Participated in the design of advocacy tools and the training on their use.

Served as liaison between the Task Force for Global Health and the project's three pilot countries, participated in project meetings and conference calls, and assisted with translation, as needed, with Francophone pilot countries.

Provided general medical care (surgical, gynecological, internal medicine, and pediatrics) for ambulant and hospitalized in the Internal Medicine Department, also conducted counseling, diagnosis, and treatment for tuberculosis patients and people living with HIV.

Provided special care to diabetes patients (new, complicated, and follow-up cases) and ordered medical and laboratory supplies and equipment needed to improve diabetes care at the hospital.

Coordinated the hospital's diabetic clinic as the diabetes focal point and established a hospital diabetes database (diabetes register) and acted as the head of the Internal Medicine service several times.

Initiated a project to improve pregnancy outcomes through out-of-charge multidisciplinary care for young women with diabetes followed in the BDOM Diabetes Care Network thanks to funds from “Life for a Child” and “Eli Lilly” with St Joseph Hospital as the implementation site.

Designed and coordinated a two-year project of free Fundus Examination in our diabetes care network to prevent severe eye complications through early detection. Eli-Lilly funded this project, and it helped empower twelve general practitioners to practice and master the Fundus Examination to ensure the continuation and easy accessibility of the exam to those who cannot afford it.

Managed data, generated reports, produced tracking documents and participated in workshops and in-service meetings to enhance personal growth and professional development.

Acted as the main point of contact for patients, nurses, doctors, researchers, and local or international partners for diabetes matters, and gathered and organized materials to support diabetes care operations in the network.

Participated in drafting a proposal and implementing a project aiming to reduce maternal-fetal mortality among diabetic pregnant in Kinshasa. A joint project funded by the World Diabetes Foundation and led by the University of Kinshasa and the BDOM-Kinshasa for general practitioners and nurses working in Kinshasa's primary and secondary medical structures.
