SITE DIRECTOR, North Central University with Lakeview Church
Implemented the recruitment of 5 new students in 9months, developed and designed policies and procedures and student handbook for a start up program, initiated contact with 93 potential students, personal contact with 352 youth directors, represented NCUwLC at 4 college fairs, direct mail to 15 high school counselors ( during pandemic), weekly social media posts to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. Weekly supervision with 5 students and bi-weekly supervision with 5 mentors. Represented NCUwLC at weekly staff meetings. Supervision of 5 students in their Integrated Learning Experiences. Supervision of Administrative Assistant and lead a volunteer Leadership Team. Represented NCUwLC at 3 youth camps speaking to over 600 adolescents.

Interim to develop Christian education materials and activities for 120 1-5 graders. Recruit and mentor 25 volunteers in discipline, motivation, relationship building, and teaching methods. Schedule 25 volunteers weekly for all positions. Communicate weekly with 180 parents through Facebook, Instagram and direct email. Design and supervise 68 campers at week long camp, including transportation and volunteer staff. Supervision of administrative assistant including job evaluation. Introduced technology to the registration process to expedite check-in on Sunday morning. Developed a virtual VBS program for the summer during the pandemic and mailed all program components to over 200 families.
