- Comply with all federal law and the study sponsors’ rule concerning receiving, registration, using accountability, destroying, or sending back of used and unused study drug and handling technical maintenance condition for every study drug. Destroy used and unused study drug per documented standard operating procedures and in agreement with FDA rules and sponsors’ procedure as applicable.
