Duties & Responsibilities as: Piping Superintendent
AMPCO & MEGPL – Turnaround Project (TAR/Shutdown) on four (4) year maintenance of production facilities for Inspection of Vessels, Reactors & Towers, Pressure Safety Valve, Process Cleaning, Mechanical Modifications, Machine Overhauls, Instrument Routine Calibrations, Instrument Defects, Fin-Fan Inspections, Exchanger Inspections, Electrical Routines, Electrical Defects, Mechanical Defects, De-Super heater Inspections, Control Valves, DCS & SIS Migration, Reactor Catalyst Loading, Reformer Re-tubing & Refractory change, Reformer Catalyst and Catalyst Reactors.
Plan & provide complete job scope for every work order or project. Estimates manpower, materials, and equipment requirements for the project. Prepare materials require in every work order. Prepare materials pick list from warehouse & create purchase requisition (PR)((by air freight or sea freight)) if materials are not available in the island. Inspect & ensure all materials are correct as per requirements & or as per ASME Standards.
Work to & assist with the development of area specific schedules- Ensuring productivity is maintained at the highest of level.
Provide overall area co-ordination for the project by ensuring adequate resources such as labour, equipment & materials are available to complete the project work scope.

Monitoring of workshop activities for pre-fabrication of associated piping & structural works
Monitoring of piping, structural activities on site & fabshop, pipe spool fabrication & installation, pipe support fabrication & installation, fittings identification prior to installation and etc.
Monitoring & lead control work crews engaged in all activities concerned with work aspects of the project.
Optimized resources (manpower, equipment and materials) to ensure efficient and timely completion of the job.
Monitoring and reporting of all daily manpower and resource scheduling and deployment to Supervisor or Foreman and coordinate in all aspects of site issues.
Assistance in tracking of all tie-in points and planning of all required manpower, materials and equipment.
Tracking of all work permits on what type of permit is required as per activities.
Monitor job progress and ensure quality work at targeted schedule.
Liaise and coordinate with other departments on project issues.
Complete the required monitoring of qualification updates and provide QC with client approved verifications.
Prepare weekly reports of the total spool erection, weight installed, welded dia. inch, pipe supports and weld joints and the remaining work front with the materials available.
Submit daily progress report to planner and discuss what works to be done for the next schedule.
