I am an inspiring, compassionate and caring individual, with a track record of success in providing healthcare support and assistance to vulnerable people in care homes, hospitals, community and other care settings. I have good interpersonal skills in administering medications, taking patients out for leisure, promoting independence, choice and wellbeing.

I have seven years experience in providing personal care to vulnerable children and adults while respecting their privacy and dignity. I am competent in monitoring patient vital signs, ongoing assessments to identify patient deterioration and to report to the doctors when appropriate in line with professional guidelines.

I take pride in maintaining compassion for the individual, autonomy and confidentiality and all the above skills were demonstrated while working as healthcare assistance during my career.
