· To manage all venues in coordination with Engineers, supervisors, electricians, HVAC technicians, mechanical technicians, and plumbers etc., for efficient maintenance of all civil/electrical/mechanical/carpentry within the scope of work to maximum efficiency.
· Manage the manpower for the scheduled maintenance & provide technical assistance in hands-on on operation and demonstrate effective supervision of staff under on day-to-day maintenance issues.
