Friday through Sunday i worked at Kaiser as a patient

monitor for the company InSync. My job was to watch

1-3 patients at a time in the psychiatric unit and

document every encounter and activity done within

every 15 minutes and hour. sat in a positioned post

and did not leave post unless relieved. helped the

patients with needs if ok with the nurse and guards.
