Fine-tuned a US$ 5 million-dollar loss-making SBU with innovative cost-saving methods of accurate product costing system to improve reporting. This resulted in a loss to profit-making transformation of semi-annual operations of US$150,000. Was lauded for this report which eventually was set as the norm across the entire group by the CFO.

Using eƯective leadership skills, motivated a team of remote-working accountants from 9 companies within the group to deliver daily reports for easy consolidation of AP/AR so the executive management team could decide on daily cash-flow priorities during a diƯicult six-month period. Set up internal controls, methods, and process integration for SBUs to achieve smoother operational workflow thus resulting in better quality financial reports which were submitted on time to meet ASX's monthly financial report submission deadlines.

Using Analytical Thinking, set up full accounting and finance system for a new start-up company that resulted in eƯective Revenue management & Project completion analysis. Also set up new account codes for all general ledger items to maintain correct reporting for financial, audit, & tax purposes. Through creative thinking that resulted in successful talent management, initiated the idea of hiring outsourced employees during an unfortunate event that hit a production facility. This eventually resulted in cost savings upwards of US$ 350,000 for that fiscal year and led to executive management eventually deciding to make outsourcing a norm.

Led monthly Budget & Forecast Analysis and KPI Monitoring discussions alongside Senior Management with the HOD team to actively listen and understand operational eƯicacies and discuss improved quality control measures to cultivate a culture of improved decision-making making which would unite the team as well as achieve corporate financial goals.

With sincerity and building trust towards both clients and suppliers alike for payment commitments, was able to improve cash-flow & eƯectively manage treasury of a loss-making entity. This eventually led to the adoption of alternative methods of payments with longer credit terms which was a welcome change by senior management.
