JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for ensuring all facets of the operation remain supplied with dishware, glassware, tableware, flatware, cookware and utensils necessary to perform tasks while keeping with the company’s mission of excellence in service, selection and quality.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The following description of work to be performed by this individual is not intended to be all-inclusive. Rather, it focuses on the major tasks that must be accomplished. There are many necessary activities to satisfy any of the following performance guidelines.

Wash and put away all dishes and pans according to standard operating procedures

Maintain a necessary supply of all pans, plates and utensils to ensure the smooth operation of all Food Service concepts

Maintain stock of plates, glassware and flatware in dining area

Interact with customers on a daily basis with pleasant, upbeat and professional style

Maintain equipment through proper use, cleaning, maintenance and repairs to maximize life expectancy and minimize cost of operation

Organize work functions to ensure the department is clean, well-stocked and organized

Ensure food safety and sanitation requirements are adhered to including hand washing, temping, food storage and team member health, and taking action as needed to correct unsafe situations. Maintain a safe and secure environment, adhering to all safety, food safety, and security programs, guidelines and regulations

Complete all cleaning duties daily and per shift as assigned, posted and requested

Assist Food Service and Core-Deli team members as needed and when available

Provide sensational customer service

OTHER JOB DUTIES (Not considered essential to the job) 1. Perform all other related assignments (including special projects) as required in a professional and cooperative manner.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education

Desired: High school degree or equivalent

2. Licensing Required:

Ability to obtain food safety certification

3. Experience

Demonstrate full understanding of food safety and sanitation

Similar experience in a demanding, high-pressure atmosphere preferred 4. LFHI Competencies expected of all team members include: action oriented, customer focus, functional/technical skills, informing, and integrity and trust. 5. Other required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong customer service, interpersonal, communication, team relations and problem solving skills
