Working for Safeway was amazing and not too bad at all. Starting off as a courtesy clerk and climbing up to being a foreman for the night crew at 18, I worked for Safeway for about 3 years, working 40+ hours, running my own department even before I reached 18, actually doing underpaid work at a lower hourly pay rate. My manager promoted me to foreman after I turned 18. Ive learned warehouse leadership, handyman experience, and inventory management with all the products i’ve got through all the departments ive worked at, problem-solving under pressure, keeping the store safe on safety protocols, signing paperwork to upper management, and assigning tasks to fellow night crew teammates. Ive gained a lot of experience.

While working with Olameter, I was given a company truck and equipment and went through training on how to locate gas and electric pipes.
