Modules Handled: POS (Point of service), Paper subrogation, Paper Claims, DDW (Drug discount wrap) Roles and Responsibilities:

● Humana SS&C offers fully insured medical and specialty health insurance benefits and supplemental health benefits to individual and employer groups

● Around 1000+ claims are processed through Rxnova tool and Excel. Paper claims and Paper subrogation are processed through Mainframe Application (Argus) and automated manual claims with C# in VB.

● Creating test cases for the Jira tickets, with all combinations of Positive and negative scenarios and uploaded them in qtest and processed the claims and posted defects and retested and closed the defects.

● Performed UAT testing and Regression testing. Automated target ticket test cases using Selenium web driver and Python.

● Approvals will be sent to the customer for every month release and code will be installed to production and will test the same in production.
