I usually opened with the store manager. We would make sure all food was prepped. Next, we made sure that the store was completely stocked with the necessary condiments for the day, and throughout the business day. We also, would pull carry over food out of the cooler from the previous night and drop it in the thermalizer. I worked on the line making food, or even sometimes taking customers orders when needed. I could run the grill, or be the expediter. Wherever I was needed by the manager, which is what was done by me. Sometimes, I closed the store where I would make sure the store was almost perfectly clean, some of the cleaning duties were: cleaning all dishes used for the night, sweep, mop, and scrub the floor, make sure all food was put up that was left over. Lastly, I acted as night auditor ensuring the balancing of credit, cash, and coupon transactions matched the receipts and then deposited it all in to the safe. Cook
