Jun 2022 – Oct 2022 Provided solutions to supply chain problems with expertise in labor, inventory, material flow, production/deployment planning, and business processes. Worked with clients to quantify and achieve improved productivity and effectiveness.
• Improved parts scheduling, flow and fill rates at a client’s production facility. The changes resulted in on-time manufacturing and delivery to customers. The project ultimately enabled increases in production rates.

Apr 2018 – Apr 2022 Leader of a team of business process experts focused on developing performance reports using MS Power BI and SQL. The team was the primary resource to the field for inventory reconciliation, transactional discipline and SAP data quality.
• Improved 3PL order fill rates from 84.5% in 2018 to 97.6% in 2019 by developing a system to get inventory into
“pickable” locations from “dark” locations before an order was released.
