Led Crowne plaza kochi as Executive Housekeeper a 269 room inventory room and banqueting facilities from oct 2021 to nov 2024. Mentored housekeeping and laundry staff to ensure cleanliness standards and operational effeciencies were met and exceeded resulting in improved guest love scores and cleanliness score. Colleagues heart beat survey continuously maintained 100% in 2 consecutive years. ISO,FSSAI,Brand quality assurance scored 100% for housekeeping in my tenure.

Led Marari Beach a CGH Earth Experience Resort with 62 villas in 36 acres of land from nov 2015 to oct 2021. Developed SOPs for the entire CGH group hotels and COVID SOPs developed for the housekeeping operations. Led and developed housekeepng staff to ensure cleanliness standards exceed the expectations of the guest, there by loyal guest clientele increased .Maintained the inventory control and maintained par stock of linen for smooth operations. Equipments purchased to improve quality of housekeeping and cleanliness and conditions and aesthetic look. Innovative ideas implemented to improve guest experience index.
