As a certified driver of a D.O.T box truck and fleet van, my responsibilities are replenishment of product as well as upkeep of both vehicles. If in need of servicing such as an oil change or new tires ect. It is my duty to get it handled. In addition, I’m also to know the client’s needs such as restocking items and keeping frequently used items in stock or fulfilling request on products that we may or may not sell or stock. Mostly all clients have vending machines also in need of replenishments as well as servicing. If a vending machine is not vending items, investigate properly to troubleshoot machine correctly. Reports of failed vends can happen for many reasons. Like items being wedged in the coil or wire dislodging from the motors to motors being faulty and in need of replacement. Or even disconnection from Wi-Fi, which can cause disabling of digital keypad or in some cases the digital keypad just may need replacing. Requiring rewiring and resetting the machine. Accomplishing multiple duties in timely manner at a significant pace consistently day to day is key.

Use skip trace to retrieve information on debtor. Such as assets, address history, work history, and close relatives. Make contact with debtor by phone and mail. Informing them of the original creditor and the active steps being made within law of the state such as garnishments. Once contact is made negotiate forms of payment. Whether it be paid in full or set up scheduled payments on agreed dates for each month until debt is cleared.

The floats responsibility on the platform is turn machines on and preheat all arms. Gather operators in groups of 3 to 4 assign machine. Fully stock each platform with bolts, washers, springs, receivers, brushes, pokers, scrappers, wool, drill, drill bit, machine oil spray, and mold releaser spray. Once arms preheat apply recipe for each arm, check numbers on each arms to assure accurate product turnout. Monitor pulling of product to make adjustments if necessary on machine or with operators. Clean parting line of the molds on machine for when product comes out faulty. With this floats can possibly reach goal of a 96 percental rate on all machines.

Read emails while preparing goals for the day and assign employees assignments. Such as update weekly sale signs, change all window mannequins, and process in new shipment. Encourage employees to greet and engage with every customer. This will make customers feel valued and keep them returning. Record all special items sold such as shoe insoles, shoe cleaner, shoe repellent and socks. This is all a part of goal of the day, send all numbers in email before closing store. Have workers package online orders for next day ship out while counting down registers. Add up money, seal it in deposited bag and drop money.
