PROJECT MANAGER II FRYMASTER - SHREVEPORT, LA SEPTEMBER 2019 (40 HOURS PER WEEK)

·Primary responsibility is to take ownership of and work independently to actively manage portfolio of seven different assigned new product introduction projects from conception to completion through a 5-phase gate process.

·Leverage engineering, commercial, and financial subject matter experts to support and guide the broader team towards overall project, business unit, and/or corporate targets.

·Collect and analyze technical and financial data, extrapolate notable variables, indicators, and trends.

·Proactively investigate, calibrate, and integrate broader market impacts into new product portfolio of projects.

·Daily management of each assigned new product projects is all–encompassing. Responsible for delivery of technically feasibility, appropriate schedule, commercially supported, and financially viable project to the seven different operation teams.

·Coordinate with and leverage subject matter experts across all departments, facilitate engineering, actively engage in problem resolution with the Quality group, proactively manage capital budgets thru approvals from the Finance department, develop a viable assembly plan/schedule with OpEx, assist with the execution of commercial contracts within Sales and Product Management, and investigate optimization opportunities with leadership.

·Engage in various software applications to support software development activities, manage critical data and deliverables, and report on key indicators.

·Actively communicate and interface with Executive Leadership (CIO, VP of different brands, Directors of Operations, Directors of Finance, Director of Reliability, and other project leading engineers) and other stakeholders.

·Coordinate with company agency leads to assist in managing that all new product projects are approved through the different regulatory agencies and approved for sale in all countries.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER SABRE INDUSTRIES – BOSSIER CITY, LA AUGUST 2009 – SEPTEMBER 2019 (40-50 HOURS PER WEEK)

·Built and enhanced customer relationships by doing onsite walks and market visits.

·Processed new orders and initiated the production schedule of new orders through the Sabre Production Support Group to meet customer requirements.

·Conducted weekly market deployment calls to discuss site schedules with area Managers from AT&T.

·Spearhead interaction with customers and field service crews on all issues/concerns pertaining to the concrete and lightweight telecommunication shelters (product specialist).

·Initiated Field Service Warranty claims when necessary.

·Managed continues improvement process for production by doing shelter walks on all shipments to the field which resulted in lower field service cost by 30% ($100,000 savings over three years).

·Guided engineering with updating current shelter drawings with new customer requirements and to ensure that all products meet all code requirements.

ACCOUNT MANAGER ANDROID INDUSTRIES – SHREVEPORT, LA JUNE 2008 – MARCH 2009 (MANAGED 2 SUPPLIER LIASONS, 2 QAULITY ENGINEERS AND 5 HOURLY QUALITY INSPECTORS) (40 HOURS PER WEEK)

·Built and enhanced customer relationships at the leadership level (Plant Manager, Assistant Plant Managers, Material Directors, Area Managers, Quality Directors, and Directors of Purchasing).
