Serving as the Data Architect of the Global Force Information Management (GFIM) Objective Environment (OE), laid the data foundations for an enterprise-level information technology capability that will fundamentally transform how the Army coordinates and synchronizes global force management (GFM) across all levels of war to man, equip, train, sustain, deploy, and redeploy forces in support of national objectives.
• Met online with subject matter experts (SME) from across the Army to identify, discuss, and refine requirements; spent hundreds of hours researching Army publications, from novice to SME in under 6 months.

• Implemented Global Unique Identifiers; Implemented Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 8320.03; requires all DoD GFM DI EFS data elements to be tied to a unique Global Force Management ID (GFMID), a globally unique, two-part identifier: the 1st part being a managed, granted seed and the 2nd being a locally-generated uniquifer; GFMIDs uniquely identifying DoD orgs also implements OUID mandate of DoDI 8260.03
