•During the first year I was the company “floater”. Where there was a need, I bridged the gap. This included the operation of all manual machines, CNC programming using MasterCam and operation, as well as welding.

•Utilizing MasterCam, I was called on to program two high speed specialty machines, three CNC lathes and five CNC machining centers. I was then responsible for all 3D programming as well as assisting with most of the basic programming needs in the shop.
