Acquisition Proposal for Hamleys. Developed a strategic proposal to convince Hamleys a major toy retailer to acquire and sell the Hub-a-Bear (HAB). The HAB is a specialized teddy bear designed to provide comfort and emotional support to children aged 6 to 10 during difficult times. Unlike standard teddy bears, the HAB offers comforting hugs and aims to stand out in the competitive toy market.
