Through my career as a civil engineer, (35 years of experience, in the oil industry, before being retired from it), and as Senior Construction Project Manager, I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects - planning, budgeting, construction and scheduling -, assuming full responsibility of the on time completion of the project within the final budget and schedule, while maintaining the high standards of safety and quality. Coordinate with general contractors, architects, and sub-contractors to meet project deadliners, managing construction document changes and tracking submissions, changes orders and project costs in relation to estimates. Ensure the general contractors and sub-contractors complete to the entire scope of work, per contractual specification, and adherence to company standards,. Managing experience in projected valued at more than $ 70 million. I directed high-profile multi-family construction projects, as well as buildings for schools (k-12), commercial construction projects, multi-storey buildings for offices, industrial canteens, as well as room buildings for people who work in the oil and gas refining complex. With a practical approach for cost management in accordance with the time stipulated for each activity.
