• Conduct inspection with approved 3rd party technician for concrete sampling, verify slump, concrete temperature, check the concrete delivery ticket for the required concrete mix design and time of departure and arrival at site.

Projects scope of work:

• Studying & Reviewing Drawings & Proceed the working according to drawings.

• Supervise the quality of work according to the specification & given standards.

• Raising RFI for the activity in progress & making inspection by client.

• Supervise the Field Density Test (FDT) for material like Sand, Sub Base, and Base Coarse.

• Supervise the Slump & Temperature test for Concrete Work.

• Ensure, wherever necessary, the update of site quality control plan/ control procedures.

• Supervise and witness inspection, check reports and documentation and the collect and file required quality record.

• Ensure that all sites activities are carried out according to reference documentation for the plant within his area of responsibility, authorizing their acceptance at quality control completion.

• Ensuring the work at site is according to drawings Co-ordination with Consultant.

• Provide direction in implementing Work Packages/Inspection plans, Receipt Inspection, Witness and Hold Points, In-Process and Final Product Inspection, Sampling Plans, inspection and acceptance criteria and Start-up Testing.

• Cooperation and implementation of relative corrective action, NCRs, FCNs etc., systematically record the nonconformity or event reports issue and identify appropriate corrective actions.

• Check the completeness and conformity to specified applicable requirement, standard and /or directives.

• Ensure that the tests, controls and inspections are carried out and that personnel have access to all required project documentation.

• Preparing Submittals of the items of construction.

• Making Material Inspection reports & making inspection by client.

• Planning and programming the section of works in accordance with the overall work program/schedule.
