07/2021 to present Sr Loan Underwriter. Redstone Funding LLC Non QM/Jumbo Underwriter Underwrite to Verus and be able to do Asset Utilization Income, Calculate DSCR, experience underwriting loans with multiple REO and experience with self-employed borrowers. Ability to work independently and stay on track to deliver great quality work in a reasonable timeframe, team player. Ability to meet quotas and deadlines without compromising quality. 02/15 thru 04/17 Sr Conv Loan Underwriter Remote Motive Lending U/W 2 New Files and 5 conditions, answer emails w/in 2 business hrs. Report to UW Manager when turntimes are not obtained and keep broker’s happy to maintain good customer servce throughout 03/14 – 02/15 Sr Credit Auditor Partly Remote CMG

Audit 3 Loans per day and all conditions are within 24 hr turn times. Quality of files per Post Closing suspense report and Internal/External QC Audit with error rate of 5% or less. Respond to Wholesale Brokers within 2 business hours.

02/13 -02/14 Senior Loan Underwriter Remote – STEARNS LENDING Required to Underwrite 2 new loans per day and 6 re-sub’s according to daily turn times. Call out loan approval to broker and maintain daily updates with Acct Mgr’s. Must meet QM requirements. Run collateral via RealQuest and validate value.

10/11- 01/13 Senior Loan Underwriter Remote – FRANKLIN AMERICAN MORTGAGE Required to underwrite 3-2 new loans per day and complete 5-6 re-subs. Validate findings with documentation provided by broker. Ensure that loan is underwritten according to FAMC guidelines. Check the accuracy of all calculations and dedicated to completing daily tasks. 06/09 - 10/11 Senior Loan Underwriter - REUNION MORTGAGE Maintain underwriting activity logs for 7 Sr. Underwriters reporting all loans submitted and distributed has been complete. Provide daily submission reports to the underwriting Manager. Completed 2 new loans daily and completed all conditions within a 48 hour turn time. Here is where I learned the paperless world. 06/07 - 06/09 Conventional Underwriter MANAGER – NHSV Neighborhood Housing Silicon Valley Prepared second silent loans for approval via the City of San Jose funding through NSV (Neighborhood Silicon Valley) Prepare once a mo presentations to Board of Directors. Conducted 1st time Home Buyer Program Classes to the public. Underwrote CalHFA programs i. e. Hardship & Foreclosure Assistance 9/06 - 06/07 Senior Loan Underwriter – AMERICAN’S BROKER’S CONDUIT Maintain a productivity level of 6-8 loans per day and comply w/company policies of 24-hour u/w turn time & 48 hrs for conditions. We spoke with Broker’s, LO’s for all scenarios of company programs 01/03 - 09/06 Branch Manager / Senior Loan Underwriter – MYLOR FINANCIAL GROUP Complete a thorough analysis of loan files to determine compliance with company and investor guidelines with little or no errors and omissions. Underwrote 6-8 Files per day and made sure turn times were according to Mylors daily expectations.

11/00 – 12/03 Assistant Vice President - FIRST NORTHERN BANK Identify and sell various products appropriate for a given client, build and maintain a portfolio of high profile customers up to and including the most complex accounts and participate and promotes community involvement efforts and ensures compliance with CRA outreach. Underwrote varies types on lending, Construction, 2nd Mortgages and Conventional /Jumbo products. Most of the loan approved at FNB were portfolio loans and we adhere to complex clientele.

05/99 – 11/00 Senior Loan Underwriter – GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING GROUP Aka: Headlands Mortgage Sr UW’s were expected to complete 7-8 loans per day, keep up all assigned conditions and still answers all UW guideline questions. Evaluate the entire credit package and collateral for residential mortgage loans and ultimately ensure an "investment" quality loan product. 07/95 – 05/99 Assistant Branch Manager – COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS As an Assistant Branch Manager and being in central Oakland, majority of the loan we did were Purchases and first Time Home Buyer programs. Processed, Underwrite and funded our own loans. We had a very large pipeline and worked many long hours. Process transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance w/established CHL policies and procedures.
