● Observes behavioral changes of clients, and reports conditions to medical teams, and answers calls from Bedford Medical Alert for clients needing assistance.

● Collaborates with Personal Support Worker teams on completing tasks to achieve time management targets.

● During 3-month internship, assisted clients with ADL including bathing, partial bed baths, grooming, dressing and makeup application.
