Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Entire Project from the Bidding to Award to Final CO and Closeout.
Create the Project Budget
Attend Pre-Construction Meetings, Work in Progress Meetings on site at the office and with the client and or its representatives, i.e. the Architect, Engineers and Construction Manager and Owners
Review all Incoming Subcontractor request for payments

Rumson Country Club Clubhouse New Additional and Renovations.
(Owners Representative and on Site Sr. Director of Construction and Quality Control) Complete renovations of 23,000 square feet of the main existing Clubhouse, and the addition of 14,000 square feet of out of the ground three levels and third floor out side bar and entertaining area, structural steel and concrete construction to include all new utilities, emergency generator, site work, and new parking lot. My responsibilities were the complete overseeing of the entire project both administratively and the construction of the project. To include all budgeting, project scheduling, contractor negotiations, weekly meeting with the owner and finance committee. Weekly vendor and contractor project progress on site meetings.

(Owners Representative and Sr. Construction Manager) New out of the ground 72,910 square feet addition to the existing 103,726 square feet structurer. New construction consisted of concrete, structural steel, to include interior / exterior walls, finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building shell structure by tilt-up system. Full sprinklered, with full supporting new site, utilities and new parking lot and EV stations.
Renovations consisted of complete upgrades and new finished to the existing building.
New Barnegat Municipal Facility, 35,000 sq/ft 4 Phases all New Site Utilities and Property Improvements. Three Story Government Facility, Police Station, Courthouse, Municipal Office, Jail 4- Phases include all new site improvements, utilities, New Gas and Electrical Services and 200 car parking area. My responsibilities were formulating the initial Bid Package; assist with all subcontractor and vendor buyouts, material procurement and oversight of the entire project from ground breaking to ribbon cutting ceremony. Having Generated $660,000.00 in Change Orders with $100,000.00 in GC Extended General Conditions OH.
New Absecon Firehouse, Garage and Pole Barn Facility 20,000 sq/ft all New Site Utility’s. One Story New Firehouse and Municipal Offices having an 8000 square foot apparatus bay response center. My responsibilities were from project award. The complete construction of the new facility to include all new site utilities and water, sewer, electrical services.
EH2, One Four Story Building, New Construction 40 Units for NJHMFA / HUD New Construction from ground clearing to Certificate of Completion. My responsibility’s included the oversight of the entire project both administratively and the construction activities.
Egg Harbor Two, (3)Two Story Buildings, 60-Units, New Construction and Site Improvements, HUD / NJHMFA New Construction from ground clearing to Certificate of Completion. My responsibility’s included the oversight of the entire project both administratively and the construction activities. To include Solar on all three facilities.
Trent Center West, 246 Units 15 Story Renovation, Site and Life Safety Up-Grades HUD, EDA Project. Complete mechanical, electrical and fire suppression, four new elevators and backup generator capabilities.
My responsibilities were oversight both administratively and all field operations of the entire project. Reporting to three government agencies and the property owner and developers.
Trent Center East, 243 Units 15 Story Complete Renovation, HUD, EDA, and NJHMFA Project. Complete mechanical, electrical and fire suppression, four new elevators and backup generator capabilities.
My responsibilities were oversight both administratively and all field operations of the entire project. Reporting to three government agencies and the property owner and developers.

Full renovations of a 35 story office complex to include new office fit out, compete mechanical renovations and upgraded, new elevators and backup emergency generators for, Homeland Security, FBI and City emergency response teams.
