Objective:
To obtain a position where I can fully utilize the 30 year’s experience in the manufacturing field to implement forward moving changes as a Manufacturing Manager, CNC Programmer, or Process Improvement Specialist.
Summary:
With a passion for manufacturing and a knack for problem-solving, I have been working as a CNC Programmer and a Manufacturing Specialist for over 25 years, optimizing the machining process and ensuring quality and efficiency in the aerospace industry. I was a CNC Programmer/Process Improvement Specialist at TBD Later, a contractor in Huntsville, Alabama, where I work with state of the art machine tools as part of the largest team of industry professionals I have ever seen in one place.
Previously, I was a CNC Programmer at Five Axis Industries, one of the most reputable "machine shops" in the aerospace industry, where I programmed and set up large capacity machine tools from 5 Axis Vertical mills to the largest VTL Okuma makes. I also designed and implemented fixtures to enhance the machining process. With 28 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, I have developed multiple skills and competencies in manufacturing process improvement, manufacturing operations, and manufacturing processes. I am always eager to learn new methods and technologies, and to make a positive impact in this ever-evolving industry. Experience:
