individuals that love working with me. They like the fact that I would never ask them to do anything that I wouldn’t do myself. I communicate through email, phone, and radio to the offices to obtain what I am needing or looking for. I also am responsible for delegating my team members and myself to cover positions when members of my team aren’t present. I address part issues, certify drivers, and work with multiple leadership throughout the facility to accommodate line parts to make production. I have also helped with New Hire Orientation to certify new forklift drivers (52K, Combi). Also, along with aerial lift certifications, tugger (sit down / standup). All while stressing the importance of BGM safe practices, regulations, and the importance of awareness on and off the equipment. I also assist HR Training coordinator with recertifications to remain in compliance.

-I can operate a forklift in tight and hard to maneuver areas. Also, with a lot of pedestrian traffic. -In my review it was noted that I catch on quickly and am appreciated for being a team player. -I must remember a large range of parts and sub-lines that make pre-welded parts. -The most important role I play is to ensure my teammates have what parts they need to do their productively, efficiently, and most importantly, safely.
