Confirm jobs and cube deliveries daily. Obtain credit card information and ensure all information is in Dr. Mover and Sitelink

Prepare job paperwork daily to include Driver’s inspection reports, advice of coverage, bill of lading, order for service and highlighting appropriate portions of the paperwork.

Ensure all information is filled out correctly when finished jobs have been returned for review.

Create paperwork feedback reports for General Manager and dispatch on a weekly basis

Create paperwork feedback slips for employees’ payroll

Support Sales department with any last-minute customer changes and coordinate with Operations

Support Sales and Operations Departments with cube deliveries

Partner with insurance brokers to obtain any required Certificates of Insurance

Hold backup information and attach to paperwork once moves are completed

Create attendance and feedback slips for payroll

Enter box drop slip information into systema and deliver box drop information to payroll on a weekly basis

Enter claims into the system, create initial claim documents and update the system as needed

Notify the claims department of all customer claims and provide all documents to claims department

Answer all incoming phone calls, emails, texts and other communications

Create claims feedback slips for payroll

Label and prepare 600-1000 postcards on a weekly basis for USPS distribution

Maintain office supply inventory and reorder office and kitchen supplies as directed and approved by General Manager

Assist in organizing office events including birthdays, office parties and birthday cards

Handel credit card transactions in order to help on-site movers

Ensure that backup is trained in event of absence
