Facility: Katamanso Health Centre; Accra- Ghana Jun 2021 to Present Position: Senior Carer Responsibilities:

• Supported and partnered training sessions for newly care assistants, and conducted performance appraisals as required.

• Ensured that residents were welcomed and accommodated appropriately upon admission to the care home.
