Prioritized, groomed and allocated stories from scrum team’s backlog. Collaborated with separate development and IT support teams to define integration design. Provided applicable stakeholders with project status updates and reporting. Prepared ongoing bi-weekly executive level status reports of 100+ projects. Monitor project tasks and persuade applicable resources to execute in accordance with project plan for 15 concurrent projects.
Led effort to integrate QA team into the development scrum team.

Wells Fargo Bank, Columbia, MD May 2002 – September 2018 Program Manager
Program Manager responsible for leading a team to customize and implement a CRM solution to create a single platform for Service and Sales to retain high net worth customers and increase sales. Represented Wells Fargo at annual MS Dynamics conferences to stay informed of new features and technology trends within the financial industry. Directly managed a team of Business Analysts responsible for writing requirements, user stories, use cases, creating and executing user acceptance test scripts, performed production validation, created and facilitated training, and provided ongoing production support including reporting.
Successfully implemented two separate CRM platforms for two product lines within the bank. These multi- year projects allowed the business to decommission 10 legacy applications and conform to the larger organization’s mission statement to create transparency around customer interaction.
Developed monthly newsletter and quarterly Steering Committee to keep all stakeholders informed of new features to the core applications.
