Contract Positions

(Exelon BGE New Business Residential/Commercial) Project Manager July 2023 – Present

Operate the work management order tasks process to ensure the assigned residential and commercial projects are successfully scheduled. This includes releasing all financial, right of ways, permits and environmental (tree trimming) holds as standards prior to pre-site visit, and before construction. I provide leadership support to the construction team and serves as liaison between the design team, job owners, subcontractors and customer. Project Scope of work are primarily KVC transformer overhead, underground line, betterment work, pole removal, gas or electric service upgrades and installation.

Assume job ownership preceding design phase; collaborate with various teams to schedule construction tasks and manage each project sequentially until the entire scope is completed.

Oversee project timelines to ensure jobs stay on schedule, facilitate with construction team to provide updates and make project corrections and communicate with customer when project change or a delay.

Work with EPC/Turnkey (Engineering Procurement Construction) contracts supporting project scheduling and execution for EOC’s groups by coordinating and expediting project requirements to ensure timely execution.

(Exelon -Pepco Civil Engineering Substations) Associate Project Manager March 2022 – May 2023

Supported Senior Project Managers throughout the life cycle for transmission-substation projects. Provided contract management support, managed schedules, budget and scope of work for EPC projects, including report writing, preparation of financial worksheets, and managing follow-up during the construction phase. Assisted with processing blanket contracts, contract modifications, contract requisitions, managing the procurement invoice process, and routing requisitions for payment authorization and approval at levels below and above 50k.
