Led a $600,000 HUD renovation where we refurbished 64 rooms and turned them into 32 private short term rehab rooms. This renovation, juxtaposed with a targeted marketing campaign, led to a significant development of our quality mix. Q-Mix average increased from 15 to 26 under my leadership at Mary Gran.
