While customer service in this field it's vital when interacting with patients or healthcare professionals to resolve billing discrepancies or answer questions and ensure a line of communication is available.
Key Skills: Knowledge of medical terminology, Hcpc Cpt Codes insurance processes, and excellent attention to detail. Good communication is important for interacting with both patients and healthcare providers. We also worked remotely to keep in full contact with customers.

Responsibilities: As a dispatcher in roadside assistance, I must quickly assess the situation, communicate with drivers in need of help, and coordinate the nearest tow truck service or repair service. I provided excellent customer service to calm distressed drivers and provide clear instructions while ensuring efficient service.
