2011 – 2023: Helped open a Construction business and ran the Denver office doing all the clerical duties as an Office Manager. I was responsible for Payroll, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Hiring Sub Contractors, and ALL office duties required to run the office. The business has shut its doors with no notice to any employees and we are unable to locate the business owner.

Responsible for checking and approving legal documents belonging to persons Locating or relocating to the U.S from foreign countries. Assembled the files for the Brokers and made sure the information was loaded into a file in a program called Smart Border. I was responsible for the all the incoming emails and making sure they were answered in a timely matter. I also worked with Quick books and various other programs. Was laid off due to lack of work.

At King Soopers and JC Penney I was responsible for the protection and company assets as well as the safety of Employees, Guests and their personal belongings through active deterrence. Responded to Robberies, Shoplifting and Internal theft. I was also responsible for Background checks on newly hired associates. Awarded top Loss Prevention Officer for three consecutive months based on apprehension rate and merchandise recovery. I contributed to the overall success of that retail location by assisting Management in promoting a sound company image and good guest relations.

Solid Rock, Inc. Denver, CO Office Manager

Worked in the Granite and Marble fabrication field. Duties included but not limited to Processing orders for homeowners and Contractors, handling incoming calls, Dealing with Large monetary transactions, Accounting, Computers, Invoicing, sales of Stone Tools and accessories.
