IT Manager
Task:
Install, configure, update and repair IT devices and systems such as: Computer, server, printer, router, switch, wireless access point, tablet, mobile phone, scanner, and intervention on cabling, wireless and LAN networks and WAN (Local Area Network and Wide Area Network). I check that everything is working correctly, carry out analysis, testing and diagnostic activities in order to check the effectiveness of the IT infrastructure and identify possible errors. Planning a schedule of maintenance activities with computer system users, to identify the most appropriate time to suspend service and carry out interventions. Configure and activate a data backup and recovery service, to prevent data from being lost in the event of a power outage, technical malfunctions or human errors, manage firewalls, access control systems
