Cabot Corporation March 2022 to Present

I am responsible for overall EH&S programs at Cabot Corporation, which is primarily a Research and Development site in Billerica MA.

I lead the Safety and Sustainability teams at the Billerica campus.

I’ve partnered and built teams around safety programs within the Research and Development campus. I have collaborated with multiple teams and departments in the past several months, such as Facilities, Employee Health, HR, Business office, Shipping, Sales, Corporate office, specialty labs, and all the researchers.

The safety and sustainability teams oversee with my direction, proactive and behavior based safety programs, safety audits, fire drills, ergonomics, hazard communications, employee development, industrial hygiene, lockout tagout, confined spaces, risk assessments, all safety training programs, emergency preparedness, hazard communication and team buiding.

I am responsible for overall EH&S Occupational Safety and Environment of Care programs at University of MA Medical School and Memorial Hospitals.

I lead the Occupational Safety and Environment of Care team and oversee 7 direct reports and 8 indirect reports.

I’ve partnered and built teams around safety programs within the medical school and hospital.
