April 2019 – Till Date: Marine Consultant & Crew Coordinator, First Oil and Gas Services

Reports to CEO

Supervise all crew activities of the fleet, plan & schedule officers crew change

Monitoring the SMS and reporting to the position if remedial action or changes to the system are needed.

Overall control of crew and material supply logistics

Ensure that all copies of statutory, SOLAS and equipment certificates (life rafts, compasses, etc) are up to date, properly maintained and documented.

Prepare Vessel Dry-dock budget, manage expense and supervise the job completion in the stipulated timeline.

Source and manage crewing and operations of Research Vessel Janan

Sourcing suitable personnel for the shortfall / vacant positions, interview and complete recruitments
