Making sure the house has their permit before we start work. Communicating with the construction manager when they would schedule new starts for their homes.

Coordinates with all 35 employees to make sure their license is up to date. The plumber has to renew his license once a year, I make sure they are renewed so the company nor the plumber are fined by the Texas State Board.

Coordinates with the owner to make sure all 35-40 fleet vehicles are up to date on their registration

Can defuse and redirect difficult and complex situations between the customer and/or construction managerWe don’t have official IT support so I have become the de facto IT “super user”, thus I am regularly asked to assist with IT issues and/or questions

Coordinates with 5-6 different cities once a year to make sure they have the updated insurance and master Plumbing license to get the permits for the houses we do
