As a result of the previous experience in oilfield and drilling industry, I have been established a small workshop to produce the glass powder from the recycling glasses which is used in many different purposes Is responsible for:
Rinse and wash the glass well and clean it from any other dust sources attached to it such as paper and advertising stickers
Separate the colors from each other so that each color is collected separately
Break the glass into small and very small pieces as much as possible.
Grind the glass in a machine dedicated to grinding glass and turning it into glass powder, just like sugar granules or flour.
The ground glass is sieved using electrical sieves of different sizes starting from 70 microns to 5 microns.
The possibility of grinding the ground glass for second and third time to reach to the required size
Pack ground glass in paper stacks or thick plastic bags, take care to isolate the glass powder from water and light
