I entered the Store during 4th Quarter just prior to Covid 19 Closures and Restrictions and was able to achieve an impressive Sales comp Brick and Mortar as well as Online during a very challenging environment.

*Irving($14M annual volume) -Took the store from striking in all key metrics to zero striking store, with a sales comp of 8.7% YTD, best Cashier Performance of 112% YTD in the district.
*Colleyville($7M annual volume) - At this location achieved 93% Engagement and received recognition from Corporate level.
*North Richland Hills($4.5M annual volume) - Was able to achieve Shrink results of .72% surpassing goal set at 1%, by identifying and reacting to internal opportunities.
I own Training and Development for the district coordinating and overseeing the company’s Internal Evaluation Process and seeing through training and development for many new in role SM's and above. I have always been the supporting manager for the district in the DM absence from small vacation to extended leave.
