TCR was a place for both transmission channels to temporarily moving trading partner data between the channels until the Trading Partners can be fully migrated to their appropriate channels.

The claims submission is done using both online and batch modes. The user logs into the system to initiate update and process the claims. Most of the submissions, close to 96%, are done in batch mode. Further updates to the claims are done online. Also, the project includes the migration to Dot Net 3.0.
