Leadership Overview:
Currently working on big migration project for Staples 26 fulfillment center migration from PKMS to Manhattan active. My team has already completed 9 in 18 months and 9 another FC targeted for 2025.

Worked as Business Relationship Manager:for Staples Inc, a US Retail. Was responsible for managing the Big Fulfilment Center technology Migration from legacy PKMS to Manhattan Active, Application support, operations, maintenance and enhancement for large IT application portfolios: The portfolios under responsibility had 20+ applications involving various technologies from Mainframe to Java/ J2EE, PKMS, Manhattan Active Systems etc.
Key Achievements: Sucecssfully migrated 4 Fulfilment Center in 1 year and 5 more in pipeline through Jan 2025. Operations optimization through Automation and Problem Management. Achieved 55% reduction in Service Requests through Automation and Self Service solutions, 65% reduction in Incidents through Problem Management and Knowledge Management.
