Position: General Manager Duration: From 14th June 2021 to 30th November 2022 (1Y 5M) KEY DELIVERABLES:
Responsible for organizing & overseeing the health services and daily activities.
Direct or supervise the work activities of medical, nursing, technical, clerical, purchase, maintenance and service-related issues.
Petty Cash Handling.
Supervising the consultants TDS, Taxable related process, monthly, weekly, daily pay with the data reference from accounts department.
Administer and coordinating with The Managing Directors regarding appraisals and other related issues of clinical and non-clinical staff’s.

Attending and supervise the GST Invoices, Purchase Order, Quotations & others. 3. Lopamudra Hospitals, Gonikoppal, Kodagu District, Karnataka Position: Administrative Manager Duration: From Sept 05th 2017 to 06th June 2021 (3Y 9M) KEY DELIVERABLES:
Maintaining administrative staff – Selecting, recruiting, orienting, training and maintaining safe and secure work environment.
Following up regarding the requirement of the medical and other equipment’s based on the indents from various departments, negotiating prices with vendors and procuring the same with attention to budgetary constraints.
Organize and supervise other office activities like planning, AMCs, implementation of projects. Maintaining the AMC’s of R/o Plant, Generators, Insurance, Professional Indemnity, Medical equipment servicing etc.
Handling petty cash.
Appraising of staff performance, providing guidance to ensure maximum efficiency and output.

5. Rangadore Memorial Hospital, Chamarajpete, Bengaluru. Position: OT Coordinator & OT Purchase. Duration: From July -2013 to August 2016. (3Y 1M) KEY DELIVERABLES:
Ensuring procurement of the expired drugs and consumables.
Ensuring the availability in stock and procurement of all required drugs and equipment’s in co-ordination with the OT Supervisor.
Ensuring the replacements, consumables for all patients and maintaining the stock correctly. 4
Receiving indents for the required consumables from main store to OT store & maintaining the inventory on a weekly basis.
Arranging required consumables with the help of OT staff on daily basis.
