Summary of Experience:
Over thirty five (35) years’ service with Saudi Aramco Company and the work experience in Piping / Welding Inspection and Non-destructive testing. Mostly involved in construction and maintenance of Oil & Gas Refineries, Petrochemical Refineries, NGL Refineries, Large Underground Storage Tanks and Onshore/Offshore Jacket, Platforms and Pipeline installation. Well verse in various NDT methods such as UT, RT, MT, PT and VT as well as Radiographic Film Interpretation, Borescope, Holiday Test, Pressure Test and PMI. Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance inspection of static equipments such as columns, pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, piping, boilers and furnaces. Jobs carried-out during in-service, out- of- service and during turnaround. Familiar in working with various international codes such as AWS,ANSI, ASME and API.

Job Title: - Mechanical Sr. Inspector
Role and Responsibility:
-Responsible in all Inspection according to general installations of rotating and static equipment and vendor supplied installation/Alignment procedures and specifications.

In-charge of the inspection and monitoring of Material Handling System.

Review method statement, erection procedures and Inspection Test Plan (ITP).
-
Materials receiving inspection, foundation inspection, pre-assembly and erection inspection.
-
Monitoring works during construction period specially erection activities with safety and good quality for responsible implementation of Saudi Aramco Standards and Procedures.

Conduct pre-inspection, in-process inspection and post inspection for mechanical works base on latest approved drawing and project specifications.

Conduct inspection of Equipment received such as installation which includes internal installation For vessel/column, leveling, and alignment in accordance with project specifications, procedures and approval.

Conduct Pre-commissioning Inspections as per Methodology statement and procedure prior to hand over to commissioning team.

Prepare quality record such as inspection reports, test reports.
-In-charge of all Preservation Procedures and Implementation for both Rotating and Static Equipments.

Conduct Joint Final Inspection.
-Preparation of Hand-Over Notice for Rotating Equipments.

Conduct Welding Visual Inspections on Air Fin Cooler installation and other equipment installation.

Prepare Final Inspection Report to be submitted for Approval.

Issue Non-conformance Report (NCR) for violation of the project specification, procedures or standards. Also, Corrective Action Report for not implementing the correct/required project procedures.
BERRI GAS PLANT
Job Title: - Mechanical and Welding Sr. Inspector.
-Role and Responsibility:
-
-Inspection, and post welding visual inspection of the pipes to ensure that production welds are done in accordance with the IFC drawings, applicable codes, approved WPS and as per Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards.

Verify welder’s qualification for process P. No, F. No, diameter, thickness range and position they are qualified for.

Witnessed Welding Procedure Qualification Test and Welder Qualification Test.

Witnessing PMI Test of CUNI, Stainless Steel (316L, 304L), Chrome Molybdenum Alloy Steel (P3, P4, P5, P11).
-
Assigned for welding inspection of inter-connection line modification and as well as for all pipe guides, shoes and supports.

Monitor all manufacturing procedures to make sure that they are accurately followed, make sure also that materials used in production are within specifications required for production purposes as well as make sure that all production tools and equipment are maintained to a standard quality and calibrated up to date.

Monitor and record pre-heating of any tack welding and post weld heat treatment temperatures.

Conversant with various welding processes such as SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW and SAW.

Conduct tool box meeting with the welders foreman and supervisors about approved welding procedures, pre-heat temperature, interpass cleaning, socket joint proper fit-up, bevel preparation, electrode proper handling and storage, wind shields and proper /correct purging process for stainless steels.

Conduct inspection of the fabricated materials if it conforms to the approved drawing/weld map for its dimensions prior to delivery to site and select joints for Radiograph (NDT) if needed based on welders quality performance.

Supervise in the installation/erection of spools and piping.

In-charge in making, keeping and updating of the electrode issuance, material certificates, calibration certificates and other QA/QC documents.

Ensure that safety and cleanliness is maintained before, during, and after welding activity.

Issue non-conformity reports against non-complying conditions.

Maintain accurate and neat files for easy tracking in the future.
ABU SAFA & SAFANIYA OFFSHORE PROJECTS.
Job Title: NDT Inspector engineer
Job responsibilities include verifying WPS & witnessing welder performance qualification; pre & post weld inspection as ASME Section XI; carrying out radiography & evaluation of radiographs as per ASME Section VIII; carrying out Ultrasonic flaw detection as per AWS D1.1, thickness gauging & straight-beam Ultrasonic examination of steel plates. Magnetic particle & Dye-penetrant testing as per requirements & satisfaction of client/s. Preparing reports & co-ordination with clients & third party inspector.
In addition to NA NDT Coordinator, involved in three mega projects khursaniyah, Manifah and Karan projects and supporting RT Refinery during the T&I's.

Job Title: NDT Coordinator and SR Inspector engineer
Job responsibility includes NDT job Coordination as per requirements and satisfaction of clients/representative, welding inspection, welder qualification, preparation of reports and co-ordination with the client representatives ;witnessing hydro test, monitoring pre & post weld heat treatment, interpretation & evaluation of radiographs, carrying out RT,UT, MPT, PT,VT on ASME coded pressure vessels and heat exchangers, allied structures, storage tanks, power piping and process piping; visual inspection of fit-up, in-process welding, pre & post weld inspection at various sites and co-ordination with third party inspectors, preparation & maintaining reports at various projects.
