Opened a full service, full bar Mexican soul food restaurant, Macho Taco Cantina, in Destin. Oversaw this companies’ expansion from the ground up, building 2 more restaurants and the Salty Butcher shop at the Allen Texas Hub, a huge open air mixed entertainment district north of Dallas.
