LEADERSHIP

This is probably my best quality. I believe in a leadership style that does not micromanage but enables my team to make decisions and take ownership of the process. This I believe leaves them open to make quicker decisions and correct problems as soon as they are discovered. I believe in setting measurable targets and holding the team responsible for meeting and exceeding these targets. I believe it is very important to get in contact with employees as much as possible, this means telling them about the positive things that are happening just as much as the negative things. If there is disciplinary action required, they should never be surprised but know it is coming because expectations are clear.
