•Completed a 9-month 2 phase Office and Lab buildout within a 50k Sq ft warehouse. The Main office was 5000 sq ft with 4 complete bathrooms and a functional breakroom Kitchen. The lab space was a challenge due to the nature of the work being done. Make up air requirements plus workstations requiring a Fume hood made the Mechanical work needed extensive.
