•Completed a 9-month 2 phase Office and Lab buildout within a 50k Sq ft warehouse. The Main office was 5000 sq ft with 4 complete bathrooms and a functional breakroom Kitchen. The lab space was a challenge due to the nature of the work being done. Make up air requirements plus workstations requiring a Fume hood made the Mechanical work needed extensive.

•Weekly meetings with the owner’s rep and weekly scheduling meetings with all subcontractors.

•Scheduled and met with the inspector for every inspection onsite. Struggled with our structural steel guys!
