I am excited to apply for the position of Associate Pastor of Family Ministries at The Gathering Church Windsor. With a deep passion for family discipleship and pastoral care, I am eager to serve in a role that fosters spiritual growth, strengthens family relationships, and nurtures a Christ-centered community.
Throughout my pastoral ministry, I have been committed to developing and leading initiatives that equip families, support parents, and engage children and youth in meaningful discipleship. My approach is both relational and biblically grounded, creating an environment where families grow together in faith and service. I have experience in preaching, teaching, counseling, and organizing family-focused events that encourage multi-generational faith development.
I am particularly drawn to The Gathering Church Windsor because of its commitment to biblical teaching, vibrant community, and emphasis on family discipleship. I believe my pastoral gifts, leadership abilities, and passion for strengthening families align with your church’s vision. My goal is to help families build strong spiritual foundations, provide pastoral care, and create opportunities for parents and children to deepen their relationship with Christ.
