Main Responsibilities: (listed in order of priority)
Key tasks and accountabilities are intended to be a guide to the range and level of work expected of
the post holder. This is not an exhaustive list of all tasks that may fall to the post holder and
employees will be expected to carry out such other reasonable duties which may be required from time to time
Monitoring & controlling the Camp expenses on a monthly basis such as expenses on maintenance,
water & electricity consumptions, vehicle movement.
To Monitor & control absenteeism, late coming & absconding cases.
To ensure possession of all labor cards and valid documents by conducting surprise inspections.
To ensure camp safety and labor safety by conducting surprise checks to seize
unauthorized belongings (Electrical heaters, Gas, etc) and prevent malpractices, alcohol consumptions etc.
Ensure efficient & effective disaster management by conducting mock up drills.
Ensuring hygienic & sanitized condition of canteen, bathrooms and living area.
To ensure provision of First aid facilities.
To submit monthly action plan for carrying out camp maintenance activities to Sr. Executive Administration
Make sure the cost optimization in all assigned area and optimal utilization of resources.
Provide necessary assistance to organize various events, sports, and recreation,
welfare & health camps for the employees and their families in coordination with Sr.Executive Administration.
Oversees and directs well-being of workers and staffs such as Gymnasium, sports facilities.
To manage effective & efficient labor transportation with the coordination of Transport In charge.
Maintaining the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports.
Daily Accommodation, Mess Hall visit and solve the issue of the Workers and staf
Coordinate with the site management daily basis for the Workers Food order
and the same has to inform Mess management
Preparing the Daily Food order report and submitting monthly to management team
Follow up for the Food parcel material to Store and preparing the Daily issue report to Mess Management.
Updating of In and Out Employees details of Camp in the system
Coordinate with warehouse In charge.
cross checking while preparing the Food report and updating of Access’s card in the system
Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and
Distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and
discrepancies on orders received.
Makes Extra - and inter-campus deliveries of requested surplus office furniture and merchandise;
maintains records of all deliveries.
Fills supply requisitions; assists buyer to order adequate merchandise and supplies; delivers orders to
faculty and staff.
Receives, stores, tags and tracks surplus property; prepares property lists for items to be sold at
auction. . Receives and stores documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document and
confidential file destruction.
Ships canceled and damaged items back to vendors as appropriate.
Delivers and sets up furniture for various campus events as requested.
Handles and documents storage and transportation of hazardous materials.. Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
Answers questions regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries,
warranties, repairs and surplus property.
Trains and directs the work of student assistants.
May serve as a lead worker to other classified staff in the area.
Nature of Job: Overseeing the execution of the catering contracts in the camp to ensure compliance with contractual provisions including inspection of food preparation area, bakery, mess hall, quality and quantity of food to ensure adequate standards of cleanliness, hygiene and taste. Conducting special investigations into complaints about the quality of food and reporting the findings and recommendations to the concerned authorities for corrective measures. Assisting in checking catering contractor’s invoices and keeping daily meal count.
Ensuring that appropriate standards of food preparation and presentation are maintained. Participating with the supervisor in preparing monthly cyclical menus, and ensuring medical report review. Recommending the rejection of contractor’s personnel who fail to meet specified company standards. Co-coordinating with site manager the planning and scheduling of camp housekeeping and maintenance services. Including reviewing current or proposed work requirement and establishing manpower and time schedules. Conducting period’s inspection of accommodation, as necessary arrangements for water supply to the operatives in the camp. Providing Tools, Personal Protective Equipment’s, Footwear, Linen and other necessary items to the workers as and when requested against material issue vouchers.
Scrutinizing quantity and quality of the materials received at the stores. Arranging transport assistance for thro & fro of operatives to their respective sites. Monitoring the movements of in house as well as outsiders entering the premises of the camp. Maintaining relevant fuel consumption record of respective vehicles. Segregation of operatives suffering from communicable diseases i. C. chicken pox, tuberculosis, etc. To make necessary arrangements at the time of emergency. Preparing monthly time sheets for workers and drivers. Maintaining discipline in the camp. Complying with all the rules and regulations formed by the company.
