I am Registered Nurse Midwife, Theatre nurse who has a degree in nursing education and community nursing. And Certificate in Counselling. I am trained in Quality Improvement, maternal and child health and HIV management. My work has been on capacity building in the above areas, operational support in terms of equipment delivery to health facilities, advocacy in either girl child, male involvement or partner notification. Working with other Implementing partners in order to achieve the ministry of health goals. I am a Certified Nurse assistant and trained in Disability Developmental administration and mental health .I have 30 years of experience in health care.
I have been involved in strategic planning at the highest level of the organization down to the community level.
Monitoring and evaluation has been my part of the key effectiveness where I had been monitoring the progress of the program.
I have worked in the following Non-Governmental Organization namely Zambia Integrated Strengthening Support Program, Project Concerns International, Pediatric Centre of excellence under CDC and now John Snow International JSI. All these organizations are supported by the USAID and PEPFAR
I have worked as Provincial Cervical Cancer Coordinator under John Snow International.
Currently am working as a Senior Technical officer -Prevention Programs(PMCTC,VMMC,PREP,HTS HIV/STI testing, CERVICAL CANCER and CLIENT EXPERIENCE) at fhi360 Aa Technical Partner in Eastern Province Health Office.

PROVINICAL COORDINATOR –CERVICAL CANCER
Worked for JSI in Kabwe. My main duties were to coordinate activities of cervical cancer in the selected sites in the province.
Provide HIV/STI Testing services.
Ensure that HIV positive women of age 25 -49 are screened for cervical cancer.

This consultancy involved supervising community-based volunteers in indexing, partner notification of the known positive clients in order to meet the set target. The project involved PITC, indexing and Partner Notification Services. Was involved in linking clients from the community to facility through HIV Testing Services and Partner notification

I joined Centre of excellence as Program Officer in charge of training and Mentorship, Managing 5 provinces of Zambia. Dealing with the HIV/AIDs Program I was involved with the adolescent, the Dreams and the VMMC activities.
My Core Business was to:
Participate in the strategic planning within the organization
Organize training and workshop for adolescent on reproductive health, STI and HIV
At the adult center of excellence, we integrated HIV with cancer screening as a service
Conduct HIV /aids using the latest training manual
Formulate QI policies and procedures that would enhance quality health care.

Integrate FP, VMMC, EMTCT Cancer into the management of HIV management.
Trained in infant and young child feeding
Provided technical support to stake holders at provincial health office
Collaborate with other partners engaged in the same program

I was employed as a saving mother giving life coordinator bases in Lusaka but worked under Department of Defense (DOD. Most of the activities were the same as above except that I conducted Reproductive Health Issues forMothers and Child health,Nutrition,Immunizations and Adolescents as well as OVC I was involved in cancer screening as we wanted to ensure that all childbearing women were screened for cancer.
In SMGL there was a component of Nutrition where
